These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of warcotech.com (the "Site") and the services provided by WarCoTech LLC ("WarCoTech," "we," "us," or "our"), a Michigan limited liability company located at 16461 Tacoma St, Detroit, MI 48205. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
WarCoTech designs and builds websites and related digital services for trade and local-service businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and scope for any project are defined in a separate written quote, proposal, or agreement between you and WarCoTech. If anything in a signed proposal conflicts with these Terms, the signed proposal controls for that project.
You agree to provide accurate information and timely materials (text, images, logins, approvals) needed to complete your project. You confirm that any content you give us — including logos, photos, and text — is yours to use or properly licensed, and does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law, including valid licensing for your trade where required.
On full payment for a project, you own the final website content and custom design deliverables created specifically for you, except for third-party components (fonts, stock images, libraries, frameworks) and any pre-existing WarCoTech tools, templates, or code, which remain owned by their respective owners or by WarCoTech and are licensed to you for use in your project. The WarCoTech name, logo, and Site content remain our property.

If you opt in to text messages, you may receive SMS from WarCoTech LLC related to your inquiry or service (replies, quotes, reminders, and updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

The Site and our work may rely on or link to third-party services (such as hosting, forms, payment, and messaging providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, lead volume, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarCoTech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold WarCoTech LLC harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you provide, your use of deliverables, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
