01 SHEET 01 / TITLE PAGE

The contractor's
website guy.
Built in Detroit.

Thirty years swinging hammers before I touched a keyboard. Now I build websites that ring phones — for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, and painting pros who'd rather be on the job than fighting WordPress.

02 SHEET 02 / PRINCIPAL

Built by a tradesman. Not by an agency.

SHEET 2 OF 12

I spent thirty years on job sites before I built my first website. That's why mine actually work for contractors.

Here's what I saw over and over: a skilled tradesman — someone who does incredible work — losing bids to the guy across town. Not because his work was better. Because his website looked better online.

That's backwards. Your website should reflect the quality of your craft, not hold you back from it.

So I built WarCoTech. Every site is designed by someone who's been on the other side of the truck — so the copy sounds like a real contractor, the photos make sense, and the forms ask the right questions.

WE TALK

A real conversation, not a sales pitch. Tell me about your trade, your service area, and what's working. Twenty minutes.

02

I BUILD

I write the copy, design the pages, set up forms and tracking, and stage it for your approval. You see drafts, not surprises.

03

YOU LAUNCH

We point your domain, claim your Google Business Profile, and go live. Then I'm on standby for support as long as your plan covers it.

Everything you're wondering.

07 DWG NO. WCT-007
SHEET 7 OF 12

I'm not an agency. I'm a tradesman who learned to build websites because the ones being sold to contractors were terrible. Every WarCoTech build is designed by someone who's been on the other side of the truck — so the copy sounds like a real contractor, the photos make sense, and the forms ask the right questions.

Starter builds typically launch in 5 business days from the time we kick off. Growth and Enterprise builds take 10–20 business days depending on scope and how fast you turn around content. I'll give you a real timeline before any money changes hands.

Yes — fully. The domain is in your name, the hosting is in your name, the code is yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else or hire someone else to maintain it, you can. I don't lock anyone in.

Templates are still available as a secondary product line — they cost less because you handle the customization. See the Templates page or mention it on the contact form. Most DIY contractors are live within a day.

Done-For-You builds are one-time fees plus normal hosting (~$10–15/month, which goes directly to your hosting provider — not me). Growth and Enterprise tiers include 60 or 90 days of support; after that, ongoing support is optional and clearly priced.

Yes. I'm Detroit-based with plenty of local clients, but most of my work is nationwide. I've built sites for contractors from Florida to Michigan and points in between. The work happens over phone, email, and screen-share — no office visits needed.
